Challenge

Update furniture to accommodate open plan of dining and living room that is simple and uncomplicated. Coordinate color palette with existing wall art and architectural features of brick wall and beam ceiling elements while tapping into a 70’s vibe that can be found throughout condo.

Solution

Dark brown tones of the brick wall and wood beams are celebrated with a vibrant palette of red, gold and brown hues, which is utilized to coordinate existing architectural features and accent wall art. Fabric selections offer the bold graphic punch of retro 1970’s styling. The sofa sectional anchors and defines the living room area from the dining room, creating separate areas of function within the open plan.
